Gary Allison, Oklahoma's Most Admired CEO's 2015
Congratulations to our dedicated and hard working CEO Gary Allison for making The Journal Record's "Oklahoma most admired CEO's of 2015"
Here are a few things printed about Tri-State Industrial Group's CEO.
"Gary Allison's passion, hard work and willingness to take risks helped him turn the misfortune of losing a job during the oil bust into running what is now a group of companies with $60 million in annual revenues.
Allison's first business that he started in 1983 was grossing $10 million in revenues within 10 years. Following that first startups of Tri-State Electrical Contractors came additional companies to provide services in automation and controls, power construction and fire & security. Ultimately the partnerships resulted in the creation of Tri-State Industrial Group.
As CEO and President of Tri-State Industrial Group. Allison's knack of identifying opportunities has led the company to huge growth. That is completed by his leadership style of hiring the best technically skilled people, providing them with a support system for them to do their best and then to unleash them in their field."
"Gary Allison has served on the boards of the Oklahoma City Philharmonic, Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and Sunbeam Family Services and has spent many hours volunteering on the front lines of these nonprofits. Allison also is a member of the National Fire Protection Association, Greater Oklahoma City Chamber Board of Advisers and the Oklahoma State University Wind Turbine Advisory Board."
